• Noticeable wilting upon arrival

• Broken stems or crushed blooms

• Visible disease or infestation

These issues must be present at the time of delivery or pickup.

3. What Does Not Qualify

Because fresh flowers are natural and delicate, the following are not eligible for replacement or credit:

• Normal aging or petal drop after delivery

• Lack of proper care (no water, heat exposure, etc.)

• Personal preference changes when the order was fulfilled correctly

• Issues reported after the 4‑hour window

4. Proof to Process

To process a claim, customers must provide:

• Clear photos of the full arrangement as delivered

• Close‑up images of the specific concern

This documentation supports our quality‑control process and helps us address any supplier or courier issues.

5. Resolution Options

If a claim is approved, Creative Elegance will offer one of the following:

• A complimentary replacement, or

• Store credit toward a future order

Refunds are not offered for fresh florals due to their perishable nature.
